CGCI Helps Clubs Thank
    Their Commercial Supporters

Is there a nursery or garden center in your community
that club members really love?

Is there a local garden-related business
that is always ready to donate door prizes
& raffle items or provide a speaker?

CGCI is offering clubs a way to thank those businesses and tell other gardeners about them. The “CGCI Certificate of Comendation” will honor those garden centers, nurseries and garden-related businesses who are to be commended for their outstanding contributions to, and support of, the mission and objectives of CGCI clubs.

The certificate is a beautiful, full-color document personalized with the name of the business, your club name & town, a gold CGCI seal and the signature of the CGCI President. It is approiate for presentation at a media event (a good chance for more publicity for the business and your club!) and can be displayed proudly by the business. But that’s not all. Gardeners love to visit good garden centers.

The businesses commended by member clubs will be posted on the CGCI website in a special section called “Garden Centers Garden Club Members Love” so that other gardeners and web-surfers can check the listing and visit these centers as they tavel around the state. Their websites can be linked as well. This is a free and easy way for CGCI member clubs to help support the bussiness that support our clubs....and a fun thing to do on your next vacation.
