Do-it-Yourself Certificates Honor “Years of Service”

Would your club like to honor special members with less than 25 years of service who deserve special recognition?  CGCI offers certificates, in Adobe Acrobat “pdf” format, that your club can download, printout, fill-in and present!

Choose which size of certificate you want to download - two per page or full size. You can print the certificates on parchment paper purchased at any office supply store. Then, just fill in the blanks (either on your computer or with handwritten calligraphy or fancy printing) with the members name, number of years of service, garden club and your club president's signature and date. Certificates for Long Term Member Service (defined as 25+ years) may be obtained from your CGCI Membership Chairman. Please allow 4 weeks for processing, shipping and handling and include the name of the person, # of years, name of garden club, date of presentation and who you want the certificate mailed to with cover letter.
